Labiedzka Demands from Rival to Stop Arbitrariness
The head of the UCP Anatol Labiedzka addressed the chairman of the Central District Court Mikola Samasiejka demanding to disable arbitrary decisions by judges. The politician tries to obtain a revocation of the decision by the judge on the exit ban and the arrestment of his apartment “as illegal”.
Anatol Labiedzka and Mikola Samasiejka are parliamentary candidates in the Minsk constituency #105. The actions of the court headed by the rival are considered by the UCP leader as a planned pressure campaign against him as a parliamentary candidate.
The decisions about the exit ban and the arrest of the apartment were taken, as the court informed, in connection with nonpayment of penalties for the European March of 14 October 2007. However, the politician said, all the fines for this action were paid.
